Advanced Hot Yoga

This extended class is based on the Ghosh lineage of yoga and incorporates 84 Hatha yoga postures from which the Original (Bikram) Hot Yoga series derives its 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Participants should have a regular yoga practice for a minimum of 6 months and a general knowledge of yogic breathing before participating in this practice.

Sculpt and strengthen your core and upper body. This class combines cardio, bodyweight movements, weights and resistance bands to keep your muscles engaged from start to finish.

This class blends barre principles, cardio and toning exercises for a ballet-inspired full body workout.

Expect compound movements, controlled reps, and muscle-burning sequences designed to build strength, stability, and endurance. This class takes your training beyond bodyweight—challenging your muscles in new ways while keeping the sweat factor high. Come ready to lift, push, and leave stronger than you came.

This heated, mat-based class incorporates Pilates principles into a full body workout and uses props (weights, bands, etc.) for resistance and weight training.

This 45-minute rebounding class is done primarily on mini fitness trampolines for a low impact, cardio-centric workout. According to a study done by NASA, 10 minutes of bouncing burns more calories than 30 minutes of running. Expect a high energy playlist and a deep sweat. All levels are welcome, but spaces are limited.
